BOOKINGS

Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted through our booking system or otherwise confirmed by Adored Maison. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information and for checking the details of your appointment confirmation.

Specific booking requirements, including any deposit, prepayment or card guarantee, will be disclosed at the time of booking where applicable.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of an appointment, or failure to attend, may result in the loss of any deposit paid and/or a cancellation fee. Any applicable fee will be disclosed as part of the booking process.

We will always take reasonable circumstances into account. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change from time to time, but any change will not affect a confirmed booking or completed purchase except where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where you agree to a change in the services provided.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

SERVICES & RESULTS

GIFT CARDS, PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS

If Adored Maison offers gift cards, packages, memberships or promotional offers, any specific conditions, validity periods, inclusions or exclusions will be disclosed at the time of purchase or offer.
